Yifan Zhang, FIA product design, pricing and assumption setting
Yifan brings deep expertise in FIA product design, pricing, and assumption-setting across both direct and reinsurance markets. He has led FIA product design and pricing for a sidecar feasibility initiative, optimizing strategic asset allocation, ALM, and capital efficiency within the Bermuda regulatory framework. He also worked on FIA flow reinsurance and innovative product development in collaboration with leading consulting and product design firms. Yifan serves on the SOA FIA Experience Study Committee and is actively researching VM-22’s impact on FIA product innovation, ALM optimization, and reinsurance solutions.
